At Nutraherbal, we believe in outsourcing the best quality products only, and hence, we do not have flexible refund policies.

However, a refund request can be accepted only when

  • The product is defective
  • Or you haven’t opened the product yet and decide not to use it.

In either of the above cases, you must return the product within 7 days of purchase. Remember – ‘THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE UNOPENED.

The return shipment charges have to be borne by the customer and the product has to be returned within seven days of the purchase date. The refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the Purchase.
